In the next window you see make sure the switch below the line reading "Set the time automatically" is set to "On" and the one to "Set the time zone automatically" is "Off." Also make sure the correct time zone is selected from the drop down at the bottom of the screen. In the window that appears, click on "Time & Language" and then on "Date & Time" in the left column.
